With my newfound ‘Walking Addiction’, since surgery left me relearning how to walk, you may me wandering around the South Downs with a takeaway coffee in one hand and the dog lead and phone, dealing with emails as I walk in the other.

A proud mum of two boys Jack and Harry, and a Small Business Owner of The Tall Dog, I live in Midhurst, West Sussex with my partner, teenage son and Samo.

When I am not out walking, I will be working on my client accounts, designing websites or off cycling in nature. Other days, you may find me out lunching with my partner in crime supporting local businesses as they support me. If not doing that, then I will be busy planning and training for my next Ultra Challenge or Walking Adventure with my favourite walking App.

As I work out the next way to raise money for charity, I will be booking upon my next event whether it be walking an Ultra Marathon, jumping out of a plane or abseiling the Spinnaker Tower or Arundel Castle.

No one every knows what I am planning next, but I am certainly living my life to the full now.  I remind you that we only get one shot at life and therefore you have to enjoy it.
